1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 11betpk website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the 11betpk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

11betpk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 11betpk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as aligned with PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 11betpk, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 11betpk Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 11betpk. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action. 11betpk reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time and to request supporting documentation to confirm your eligibility.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration or at any subsequent time may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11betpk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 11betpk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify 11betpk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 11betpk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you have notified 11betpk of unauthorized access and 11betpk has taken action to secure the account.

11betpk employs industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your account and personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 11betpk cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

11betpk supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal minimums and processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 11betpk reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.

11betpk does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Funds deposited into your 11betpk account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. In the event of a withdrawal request, 11betpk will process the request within the timeframes specified in the cashier section of the Platform, subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks where required.

11betpk reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, responsible gaming checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

11betpk may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from the bonus, and potential account suspension.

11betpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on 11betpk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

11betpk uses independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios. 11betpk does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.

Any bet placed in error — including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or bets placed as a result of a technical error — may be voided by 11betpk at its sole discretion. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage betting strategies, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 11betpk Platform without the prior written consent of 11betpk. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11betpk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

11betpk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 11betpk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11betpk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 11betpk's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the Philippines. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

11. Termination

11betpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to pass identity verification; or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. If your account is terminated without cause, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 11betpk customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
